"Get lost, Zac." Zed snarled, "Leave them alone."
Some of the Zombies tried conering the wolves, only for them to snarl and snap.
"They bit." Zed said, with a smirk.
"Call your Wolf friends of." Zac said.
"Call them of? You expect me to actually listen to you! First of, they react. Second of, I don't control them! And, third of, they are protecting em' selves." Zed said, as he heard a scream and a small whimper.
Zed spun round, seeing all of the Wolves snarling at one Zombies in particular, one of the most powerful ones, as he grabbed Zoey by the scuff, Zed noticed Addison lying on the floor, looking upto Zoey in worry, while Willa helped her up.
"Heard you've been beating people up for this little runt." Zac said, putting a finger next to Zoey, only for her to bit him.
"Wouldn't do that if I we're you. She bites." Wyatt snarled, as Zed glared at Zac.
"Why are you like this?" Zed asked.
"Excuse me?" Zac asked.
"Toturing kids!? Don't you have a little brother?" Zed said, as Zac looked down, "His names Lucas, right?"
Zed slowly moved over to the Zombie who held Zoey.
"You have no right to talk about him!?" Zac shouted, snarling while glaring daggurs at Zed.
"He was one brave, seat kid." Zed talked slowly, "Just like Zoey. He was the best kid I ever met, Zac. And, he looked upto you."
Zoey then suddenly glowed loudly and bit down onto the Zombie who was holding her, arm, causing him to drop her and gasp in pain, as Zoey then scab=mbled to her feet and ran at Zed, who instantly hid her behind him.
Zac looked to Zed, then to Zoey, then back to Zed, snarling.
"Lucas... he was nothing like me! He looked upto you. Not me." Zac snarled, as Zed sighed.
"That's no true. Out of all people, I should know that. Whenever I saw him, he wouldn't leae me alone and kept on going on, and on, and on about how great you are." Zed said, as Zoey hid behind him, gripping his leg.
"Just like Zoey." Zac grumbled, "Whenever I saw her in public, all I hear is your name."
"Mhm." Zed hummed, slowly backing away, motioning for Wyatt and Willa to go, as they both started herding the pack towards the forbidden forest, Zed smiling softly before running after them, and stopped at the fence, panting as he set Zoey down, her still gripping his leg tightly.
"Zed." Wyatt said, between pants, "Who was that..?"
"He used to be my friend. But, he was part of some of the Zombies who went rouge." Zed explained, "Anyway, I guess I'll see you all at school tommorow? Also, considering Addison will more likly be going back to the den with you?"
Addison nodded.
"Yeah, guess we'll see you tommorow." Willia said, as Addison smiled and hugged Zed tightly.
"See you tommorow. And, be careful!" Addison warned.
"Yeah, yeah. Love you to!" Zed said jokeingly, as he started on his journey back to his house.____________________
After 20 minutes, Zed reached his house and slowly walked in, shushing Zoey, as he slowly walked up the stairs after locking the door and tucked Zoey into bed, then got into bed himself.
