Zed looked down, as he walked past a few Wolves from Willa's and Wyatt's pack. He felt imtimidated by them, but he just ducked round the corner.
It was the end of the school day, but if he really did have feelings for Wyatt he needs some advice.
So, he left the school and since he had football practise his friends was more likely already home. But, he ran the opposite direction of his own home.
Zed walked into a cafe and looked around. His eyes stopping onto Addison who was sat with Bree, Willa, and Wynter. But, he needed a coffee first, so he walked over to the till.
"Just a coffee please." Zed mumbled, causing the guy to walk to the back. He already felt most people staring at him. Most weren't used to Zombies being around and treated them like some sort of desease.
"Zed!" Zed turned, when one of the Zombies walked over to him, throwing his arm round Zed's shoulders, laughing with some of the other Zombies who are on the football team, "How are you doing mate?"
"Good, thanks. What about you? Score any new goals recently?" Zed asked, smiling at the Zombie, who's called Zeke. Zed paid for his coffee and picked it up, and by now he had gained the attention of Addison, Bree, Wynter, and Willa.
"You know it." Zeke said, before giving Zed a pat on the cheek, "Look, I'll see you around alright? Like, that kick of Saturday."
"Yeah, yeah, I'll be there." Zed said, patting Zeke's shoulder when he walked past him and out of the cafe. Zed just shook his head.
"Zed!" Zed heard Addison call him and motion him over, so he walked on over.
"Hey Addie." Zed mumbled.
"You okay?" Addison asked kindly, "You looked lost when you came in."
"Uh, yeah. It's just. . . could I talk to you?" Zed asked softly, causing Addison to nod and motion to the seat beside her so he sat down.
He wasn't sure if Wynter, Willa, or Bree will take it well but he didn't care.
"What's up?" Addison asked, turning her body round to face Zed.
"It's just. . . how do you know if you. . . like someone?" Zed asked quitely.
"Wait, you have a crush!?" Addison squealed.
"Way to go Dude." Willa said, her, Wynter, and Bree all smirking before a smirk appeared onto Addison's face.
"Who's the lucky girl?" Addison asked. Zed felt his world stopped.
"I never said I did like someone!" Zed said hurredly, "I-I just wanna know, how do you know?"
"Hm. Well, what are you symtoms and what do you feel when around this person?" Addison asked.
"I guess, I feel weird." Zed mumbled, not fully comfortable talking like this infront of the others, "I feel butterflies I guess."
"Who?" Willa asked, smirking, "Omg. Is it. . ?"
Willa trailled of, as realisation dawned up on her before she looked at Zed with a huge smirk.
"Omg!"
"What?" Addison asked Willa.
"Is it Wyatt?" Willa whispered quitely, causing Zed to blush a crimson red.
"What? No-no!" Zed exclaimed, he really didn't wanna tell them a name but they had figured it out.
"Omg, it is!" Wynter exclaimed, before squealing.
"Shh!" Zed hissed, "Just, don't tell him."
"Zed, you really think we would do that?" Addison asked, "Just ask him out."
"But, what if he doesn't feel the same?" Zed asked, causing them all to look at him in pity.
"Zed, trust us. He does." Willa said.
"How would you know?" Zed mumbled.
"Well, I am his sister and we're his pack." Willa said.
"Yeah, I guess. I just need time to think, okay?" Zed mumbled, before looking outside, "I've got to go home. Before my Dad worries. See ya."
Zed stood up and left the cafe, feeling even more lost then when he went in 10 minutes ago.
