I woke up still on the floor. I looked around and saw Carlos laying too with blood on his forehead. I quickly got up and rushed to him.
"Carli.."
"Carl please wake up."
"CARLOS." I yelled one last time before running off to my room.
I quickly snatched my phone and called the first numbed I saw.
Bill's.
"Hello?"
"BILL..sorry for yelling. I need you to come right now please." I said my voice shaking.
"Asi what happened?"
"Carlos is not waking up I'll tell you everything just come please." Tears were willing into my eyes.
I hanged up and ran downstairs.
I went to him and hugged him tightly my tears falling on his cheeks.
"Carli please wake up.."
After 5 minutes the twins and Simone bursted in.
"Shit." I heard Bill say.
Him and Tom grabbed Carlos while Simone was helping me up.
"I'll fucking kill this man." She whispered.
"I'm scared..I'm so fucking scared. I've been scared my whole fucking life." I yelled the last part out.
She hugged me tightly and we made our way to the car.
We drove off to the hospital with Carl's head on my lap.
I was still crying my head was starting to hurt.
"Asi.." I heard a voice.
"CARLOS." I yelled hugging him tightly."You scared the shit outta me."
"Where are we going?" He asked opening his eyes slightly.
"To the hospital." I answered him.
"Okay.." With that he closed his eyes again.
As soon as we got there I rushed out of the car. Tom and Bill helped Carlos while I was at the reception with Simone.
Doctors came running towards us and got Carl. One of them came by me.
"Miss we have to clean your wounds."
I nodded and went with him.
I was seated and was waiting for him. I wasn't that bad injured. I only had some bruises and I spat out blood.
He started inspecting my wounds. He grabbed my hand and asked me if it hurt. I shook my head. Then he grabbed my other one.
"Fuck." I cursed.
"Does it hurt?" He asked.
"Yes?" I'm so confused I didn't even realise until now I was so focused on Carlos.
"We have to take an x-ray."
After about twenty minutes the picture was out.
The doctor was talking with Simone while I was waiting.
Suddenly he opened the door.
"So your hand is broken. Mind telling me what happened?"
Should I? Or should I lie? I don't fucking know I'm so confused.
"Can you call Simone?" I asked him.
He nodded and left the room then soon after came in with her.
The doctor left us alone.
"Did you tell them what happened?" I asked her.
"Not a word you still haven't told me everything." She replied sitting next to me.
I sighed. "I went downstairs to get something to eat and then he came home all drunk. He started touching me I begged for him to stop, but he just told me that he knew I liked it. I yelled at him and with that he slapped me. Carlos came running downstairs and when dad saw him he started threatening to kill him. Carl spat out and our father pushed him against the wall. I started running towards them, but he pushed me and with that I blacked out.."
"Oh honey.."
Simone hugged me tightly not wanting to let go.
After at least forty minutes I was with a gypsum on.
I got out of the room and ran towards the twins.
"ASTORIA." Bill yelled getting up and hugging me.
I started crying in his arms. Tom came from behind him. I looked into his eyes and hugged him too.
"Where is Carl?" I asked them.
"He is in his room the doctors told him to rest. They'll tell us when he wakes up." Tom said.
I sat down beside them. After ten minutes I felt my eyes getting heavier and with that I fell asleep.
I was woken up by someone's voice. There was a doctor in front of us and I quickly sat up.
"Carlos woke up you can go see him, but after that he needs to rest." The doctor told us and I quickly got up and ran towards his room.
"CARL." I yelled hugging him tightly.
My eyes were starting to get teary. I sobbed into his arms.
"Are you okay?" I asked him.
"Never been better." He let out a laugh that made me smile. His eyes observed me until he saw my arm.
"This fucker. He broke your arm?" He asked.
"Indeed, but don't you worry about me I wasn't the one blacked out most of the time."
"You blacked out wayyy before me." He said chuckling.
"God it's not funny." I laughed with him and we hugged again.
Carl looked behind me and saw the twins.
He called them over and we all hugged.
God what would I do without them and Simone. They were my family.
